Final Sale Items
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care and skincare products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solemagic.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the issue.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Orders outside the 7-day reporting window

  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
